Offer a service that can't provide. I was told that a loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. I can't take time off from work to wait around for the car so I would loaner car would be available if it was needed during service and oil changes. My car is 1K miles over the limit and still going, their response is to just keep changing to a later date every time. More
