He somehow recognized me after speaking on the phone earlier that day, so I ended up making an appointment to bring my Mazda in for a check up. Heath Patterson is awesome and a huge mazda advocate (sales manager) , Julie (service manager), and Lenny (service advisor) have been nothing but fantastic to me. I actually DRIVE PAST TWO OTHER DEALERSHIPS (100 miles round trip) to get my car serviced and cared for at classic. Any warranty issues (only problems I've had are a faulty zipper on a seat back, and flaking coating on a trim piece) have been addressed promptly. 12/10, good job Classic Mazda as a dealer, and Mazda as a manufacturer. I love my car! More
