We’ve been going to this Mazda dealer for a while now, and it’s really the people that set them apart. The service team is professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. The facility is always clea and it’s really the people that set them apart. The service team is professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. Took about 2 hours for an oil change with appointment. To be fair a customer was giving the service writer a hard time and tied her up for about an hour arguing about an extended warranty item. That’s why I never buy extended warranty products. They are so restrictive and the warranty company is not looking out for the customer just how to get out of covering when you have a problem. The dealer tried to compensate me for the delay by.giving me a 29.95 special on a future oil change. I have purchased 2 new CX50 over the past 6 months and received 2 free services on the new cars. If over the next services I will determine if the service department is still worth the wait. More
