My salesman (Jerry) worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for, he succeeded, HOWEVER, his GM Bruce doesn't seem to care about customer service! I asked to have my tags transferred, they weren't which looking for, he succeeded, HOWEVER, his GM Bruce doesn't seem to care about customer service! The salesman remembered me saying that's what I wanted, and apologized and said he was gonna talk to the GM and make it right, since it was their mistake.
