Was first dealing with Pinehurst Automall in Southern Pines. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for after saying they did. After driving 45 minutes one way to their dealership and them not hav Pines. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for after saying they did. After driving 45 minutes one way to their dealership and them not having the vehicle I was looking for, needless to say, I left there quite upset. I was later informed their moto is to just get them in the door and they will leave with a vehicle. This is not so when an individual is looking for a certain vehicle!! I did know that Crossroads Nissan in Sanford did have the vehicle I was looking for in stock and I headed there and was met with a great staff! I did enjoy my experience there. Daniel, was the service tech that worked on my Altima. He changed my oil, rotated my tires and did a full point inpection of my car. He even pointed out to me that the driver side view mirror had condensatio changed my oil, rotated my tires and did a full point inpection of my car. He even pointed out to me that the driver side view mirror had condensation in the turn signal. And then, with my consent had a new one ordered. When I returned to have the mirror replaced I was greeted by Sam, he was very friendly and professional. Again, Daniel worked on my car and fixed the mirror and the rattle in my sunroof! Excellent visit! I will definetely return for future service to Crossroads Nissan of Sanford, and will request Sam and Daniel everytime! More
