This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Crossroads Nissan. Both times have been fairly easy. I will admit that the second time was a bit more indepth due to a trade in. I expected that as a repeat customer I wouldn't have to play the price game as much. It took a whole day to come to an agreement on pricing. I called and asked to speak with someone. I gave my info to Jimmy, told him which cars I was looking at and set an appointment to meet him. When the time came for my appt. Jimmy had 2 of the 3 cars i was interested in sitting side by side on the lot (the 3rd car had sold). He was very good about giving my answers to the many questions I had for him. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted AND even arranged to have himself and another person follow me all the way back to Pope AFB. after the car was purchased.
