Don't know if I will ever come back to this dealership. I feel they should apply coupons automatically if they have them. Everyone isn't computer savvy thats taking advantage of people especially older fo I feel they should apply coupons automatically if they have them. Worst experience ever buying a car put $8000 down service due was on the car since day one went in several times to have it removed never happened. The car broke down 35 days after having it the dealership s due was on the car since day one went in several times to have it removed never happened. The car broke down 35 days after having it the dealership said they make it right but their idea of making it right was putting me in another car and rolling $6000 onto a new loan. Wanted me to pay out-of-pocket to have it fixed for over $1000 when I just gave them $8000 as a down payment.I bought a warranty come to find out it was the wrong Warranty. I wasn’t told about any other Warranty’s. I’m a middle-age mother tried to blame me for the car breaking down. Like I was doing donuts in it or something took no responsibility for it at all and still haven’t made it right didn’t even offer me a rental car. More

Very best service department I have ever been to in my entire life - and I’m in my 60’s! They were able to schedule me in a timely manner. Service department front staff knowledgeable, friendly, and atten entire life - and I’m in my 60’s! They were able to schedule me in a timely manner. I took my Rogue in because it experienced violent vibrations in the engine at 60+ mph. I thought it might be an expensive fix, but they determined the problem was missing clips on underside plastic b vibrations in the engine at 60+ mph. I thought it might be an expensive fix, but they determined the problem was missing clips on underside plastic below engine. $150 later it runs great. Dean and his service team respect their customers and treat you right. Other dealers may have gouged me, but not them Hooray! More
