Good overall experience. Mr. Kamara was receptive and not overly pushy. There was confusion that an additional warranty would be added as part of the deal as told to me and my wife. I was the owner of a 17 year old mini van. My husband is actice duty Air Force and was away TDY. The head gasket on my vehicle went and I needed a new car desparately. I called and asked to speak with someone. I gave my info to Jimmy, told him which cars I was looking at and set an appointment to meet him. When the time came for my appt. Jimmy had 2 of the 3 cars i was interested in sitting side by side on the lot (the 3rd car had sold). He was very good about giving my answers to the many questions I had for him. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted AND even arranged to have himself and another person follow me all the way back to Pope AFB. after the car was purchased. What a Great Dealership!! The Customer Service is Exceptional. Our Salesperson Jimmy was very knowledgable of the Altima we purchased as well as very Professional and Courteous.
