We were sold a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle then a week later, we were called and told that the vehicle wasn’t CPO- despite their advertisement, and the CarFax documenting the vehicle as CPO. The used car later, we were called and told that the vehicle wasn’t CPO- despite their advertisement, and the CarFax documenting the vehicle as CPO. The used car manager told me that I needed to bring the car back due to their error. I told him “I’ve already given you the check and paid for the car- I have a signed sales agreement”. He told me that they could “change things because it’s only an Addendum”. I still have zero idea what legal knowledge this fellow thought he had. I had signed documents from them saying the vehicle was sold as CPO. The service mngr eventually straightened it out- as it IS a CPO vehicle. Then, we had an I-owe-you from them to make a repair- we showed up to drop the vehicle and get the loaner car- only to have dash lights come on. Called the dealership and was told to figure out what tires were low (while driving down the hwy- I am pregnant and have my 1 yr old in the car- I shouldn’t have to do that). The dlrship said that once I figured out what tires had issues- that I should just keep putting air in them. Again, I shouldn’t have to do this. I brought the loaner back and picked up my car- because I can’t risk getting stuck on the road with my kid- and pregnant. The GM was over the top rude and defensive when I expressed of the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service that I had experienced during my 3 visits to the dlrshp. I told him that I was going to file a complaint with the Mills Auto corporate- and he laughed and said “I am corporate- they’ll just tell me- and I am not going to do anything else”. The WORST experience we have ever had at a dlrshp. There is zero excuse for their terrible customer service. More
If I could give Classic Nissan a zero, I would. The MSRP's increase in the sale price was represented as controlled by the Nissan Corporation not the dealership. Although Classic Nissan in Sanford was MSRP's increase in the sale price was represented as controlled by the Nissan Corporation not the dealership. Although Classic Nissan in Sanford was a certified True Car dealership when we purchased the vehicle, they did not honor the True Car price and subsequently claimed not to be associated with True Car. The vehicle did not have the options that we paid for. After many conversations with Nissan Inc, True Car and Classic Nissan, they said they would refund missing option if we drove there and picked up the check. We live 1 1/2 hour away from the dealership. Nissan Inc, True Car and our phone calls were not returned. Many of the staff there have full mailboxes and we could not even leave voice mails. Some of the staff were pleasant when we were purchasing but after we discovered missing options etc, would not respond to our inquiries. More
I love Classic Nissan! The maintenance department is Classic by itself! They always provide me with excellent service, especially Katie Hall. She is always helpful , courteous, and professional!
