If you ask her a question she's not sure of the answer, she tells you that and looks it up or asks Eric the General Sales Manager, a first rate guy, Shoots you straight. We agreed on a good price on the new car-- plus on the trade in, they offered a fair price rather than the usual dealer super low-ball. Delivery process was good and Kathy took a lot of time explaining all the tech features and electronics. We purchased two new cars this month and had visited several car dealerships around town including three Toyota stores, two Honda, an Accura, a Mercedes, and two Lexus shops-- and found Classic Subaru to be the best experience of all of them-- a pleasant breath of fresh air. Excellent Experience with John and Eric I first spoke with Eric and John in March 2016 about ordering a 2017 Outback when they became available, and wanted to wait until late summer or early I first spoke with Eric and John in March 2016 about ordering a 2017 Outback when they became available, and wanted to wait until late summer or early fall. Went for a test drive in a 2016. They did not need to sell me -- already knew what I wanted and why. Spent another 5 minutes laying out my purchase plans: Determine the model and options, the top three dealers in the area get a call saying I can write a check whenever it's ready, and whoever has the best price wins. (Been buying cars this way for 40 years.) In June I noticed on a web site that the 2017's were now being manufactured. I made by three calls. Classic was the clear winner. Ordered the car over the phone; gave them a $500 refundable credit card deposit; picked up the car on 8/17/16. In and out of the dealership with a much need tutorial on the electronics in about 2 hours. One of the most pleasant car purchase experiences in my lifetime. If a Subaru is what you want, just go directly to these folks and not waste your time with the others. Thank you John and Eric. More
