Poor customer service! ! Put a deposit on a vehicle that we could come to terms with the $5000.00 mark because I found the exact same vehicle in another state with no mark u ! Priorty wouldn't budge and won't give me my deposit back. Their wasn't anything in writing nor was I told that it was nonrefundable. After speaking with the General Manager he said that he would look into it and give me a call and I'm still waiting. Buyer beware!! More
Worst dealership every and I purchased over 4 new vehicles from Toyota in California (((where service was AMAZING Hemet Toyota CA))) I have called and even made a scene and still no help!!! Vehicle came in for inspect and left with dead battery, massive fuel leak ((mechanic said surprised it didn’t burn to ground)), the fuel system destroyed! Required new carburetor new fuel filters and pump and gas tank had to be removed and clean due to service not draining tank. The vehicle failed inspection with tons of items even though vehicle was inspected and serviced a year prior at Toyota and vehicle never even place into use because they never fixed windshield leak that I paid to fix. I have spoken with manager and he told me he never runs form issue we’ll buddy you running! This is only a small list of things that has been horrible at this dealership!!! Go to a different city!!! This dealership is garbage!! I can confirm they will take your money and give you excuses I do consider myself lucky as I am blessed enough to absorb a bill for over 1700 hundred dollars to fix all damage created by Toyota of Hampton. If your a regular working man don’t be a victim and let them destroy your life and vehicle by being completely unaccountable for anything they do. All of fuel system ruin by contamination. Common sense you removed tank now fuel leaking and fuel system plugged not their fault of course!!!! Way to go guys your a scam and untouchable More

Made an appointment with one sales associate, but when we arrived we found out that we had been assigned to someone else. (not that big of a deal, but still strange that we were never told) On my initial arrived we found out that we had been assigned to someone else. (not that big of a deal, but still strange that we were never told) On my initial call, we were made to believe that the models of cars we wanted to see were in stock, but when we got there that was not true. The salesman then tried to pressure us into buying a more expensive trim with more expensive options when we didn't want to. We also felt like he did not treat my wife with the same respect that I was treated with. I understand stocks are low for cars right now, but I'm not going to overspend on frivolous options that I do not want when that money could be spent on other things. The salesman did not seem to understand and made me feel like I was being a big inconvenience for saying the options I wanted. tl;dr: not worth you time. go somewhere else More
