Recently got a oil change from the local Priority Toyota in Hampton. I set my appointment at 10:15am and waited over 2+ hours to get a routine oil change. I believe an hour is reasonable but what is the poi in Hampton. I set my appointment at 10:15am and waited over 2+ hours to get a routine oil change. I believe an hour is reasonable but what is the point of setting an appointment if you’re going to be waiting over 2+ hours for a routine oil change. The amount of customers in and out were moving fairly quickly but I just didn’t understand what took so long. It wasn’t what I expected and if that was the case, at least give a warning or heads up that the wait time can be longer so I can readjust my travel arrangements. Then after 2 hours I went to another service member and found out my car was done but never came to tell me. I walk by the service member I first worked with standing there doing nothing....I’m not too please with the customer service and keep that in mind when you bring your business here. More
Worst experience I’ve had buying a car. I bought the car on Saturday and went back Sunday to stop the deal and they just lied and wouldn’t help at all. Annual Virginia Inspection and Servicing The service department is outstanding. From the time you turn over the car until time to drive out, they are warm and friendly. They kept me informed The service department is outstanding. From the time you turn over the car until time to drive out, they are warm and friendly. They kept me informed on the servicing requirements and progress to completion. The waiting area is neat and clean and well maintained. The service manager welcomed me to the dealership via text and followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I will continue to make Priority Toyota my choice for all servicing needs on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. More

Warranty on Battery from a Car Putchased from YOU!! Here we go again with this fraudulent dealership. Honestly, I do not even know how they are still in business!?!?!?!?? Battery says to have 84,000 miles warranty, purchased and installed in February 2017. Went to Sam's to replace battery, they honestly stopped work b/c they realized that the battery had a warranty and advised to go to dealership - per battery stickers. Came into Toyota dealership, they say they cant do anything because the battery has no warranty since I purchased it. Aaaahhhh... I purchased from you!!! You are a dealership AND it clearly states that it is your battery with those warranty metrics. What is there to lose by replacing or pro-rating, for a new battery??? Antics of this kind is what gives dealerships (lacking honesty and the customer's best interest) a BAD name! More

I just bought a new toyota highlander XLE and it hasn’t been even a month and it started dripping from the sun roof. I never opened the sunroof though. I made a complain to priority and they said they’ll talk to the manufacturer. I didn’t get any reply for 2 days so I went there again to inquire about the same and they said they haven’t got any reply yet. It has been a week since I have filed a complaint still no reply. This is the pathetic kind of customer service I have ever faced. More
