I just bought a new toyota highlander XLE and it hasn’t been even a month and it started dripping from the sun roof. I never opened the sunroof though. I made a complain to priority and they said they’ll talk to the manufacturer. I didn’t get any reply for 2 days so I went there again to inquire about the same and they said they haven’t got any reply yet. It has been a week since I have filed a complaint still no reply. This is the pathetic kind of customer service I have ever faced. More
Service manager I took my Highlander in for it’s 30K check up and my wheel was damaged in the process. I talked to the service manager and he shook my hand and said he would get back to me in one day. I have left at least 4 messages with him and it’s now over 6 weeks with no response. Fantastic Customer Service. After pulling into Priority Honda we were greeted by the sales rep Tiffany Sears. After visiting over 10 dealerships and meeting multiple reps, Tiffany had to be the most empathetic rep out of them all. She wasn't aggresive like most and she was extremly patient. She immediately understood what we were looking for and she offered incredible insight on the car we were looking to buy. I came in that day with an intention of not buying anything but thanks to Tiffany Sears' flexible negotiating, I got the chance to drive off the lot with an amazing deal. If you go to this dealership I recommend requesting for Tiffany, you won't regret it! More
Thorough, Patient, and Helpful Tom Dorman went above and beyond (6 hours past his regular work hours) to show me multiple cars, go on multiple test drives, and doing line by line co Tom Dorman went above and beyond (6 hours past his regular work hours) to show me multiple cars, go on multiple test drives, and doing line by line comparisons of vehicles and their features. He remained conscious of my price range and was able to get me a great deal on the car that I wanted. Mr. Dorman has continued to make himself available to me even after the purchase, offering to come in on his day off to address additional questions I had and being supportive after my car got hit just a few days later. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention how helpful the other staff have been as well. Thank you Mrs. Rachel, Mrs. Jessica Z., and Mr. Dave! More
Horrible If I could leave zero stars I would. I contacted the dealership about a specific car I saw on their site asking if it was available they told me it wa If I could leave zero stars I would. I then attempted to contact them to see if the financing was approved or not as they didn’t get back to me for hours. I then was text personally by one of their finance people saying they were working on the financing for me for the car I was wanting to get. Then I attempt to reach out again after a few hours & didn’t hear anything back for 5 more hours which when they contacted me asking me to call at my earliest convenience so I call to just to be told that the used car guy isn’t around and that he’ll call me soon. Mind you this is at 7pm & their dealership was open until 9pm. Didn’t hear anything back at all then the next day I contact them again & they tell me to wait till 1pm to call a specific sales manager. So out of curiosity I go onto their site to see that the specific car I was looking at was no longer posted. I then contact them again asking them if it was sold & they said “oh sorry I thought Jeff told you it was sold” So all this time that Jeff was supposedly working on the paperwork for me to purchase this specific car they were really selling the vehicle to a different person. Absolutely STAY AWAY from this dealership they’re horrible. More

He worked extremely hard to get me the car that I wanted with the color interior that I had been looking for, for over a year. Guest what no extra cost to me for getting it. He is the man at Priority Hampton to get you in the car that you desire and not just sell you what's on the lot. Deceitfulness and Poor Service We were pushed into a car, told that we would only be financed for one and were ignored every time we asked to look at another. Then there were $3000 worth of expenses that were not explained to us (which of course we got blamed for because we signed the papers. The papers that they were rushing us to sign without explaining)! We asked several times what the final price was and the only answer we got was what our monthly payment would be. I'm making sure to tell all of my military peers not to buy from here, because although we were happy to finally be approved for financing after bankruptcy, all we got was deceitfulness. OH! And lets not forget that they guilt trip you to give a 10/10 on their survey. If it's not a 10, they fail, and if they fail, they don't get paid (supposedly). We also paid $300 for a stupid pin stripe that wasn't on the car and when asked about it were ignored. By the way, if you call them a hundred times you might be lucky if you can get a hold of the right person once. They said like 6 times that they would call us back and never did. Happy to have a car. Sad to have it from them. More
