Outstanding We were travelling a long distance on vacation when our older model vehicle had a problem which worried us considerably. We stopped at Henderson’s where the helpful service assistant immediately looked at the problem, identified it as minor, and crafted a temporary solution which allowed us to continue on our way. His reassurance and thoughtfulness were most appreciated at a stressful moment. When we asked for the bill - he declined payment. This dealership is a jewel in the Toyota crown. More

Sold car when they knew we were coming to look at it. Drove nearly 2 hours in the snow to look at and likely buy a vehicle. We told the dealership we would be there by 4. We were ahead of schedule. At around 3:15 we received a call from the salesman telling us the car may be sold but he would call us back in 10 minutes. Sure enough about 10 minutes later he called and told us the deal fell through and the buyer was leaving. We continued there. Upon our arrival the salesman tells us the vehicle just sold. We came to find out that we were lied to over the phone and the buyer never left. According to the salesman, the manager told him to tell us that, as he was sure if he got us there he would be able to sell us a vehicle. So, 5 hours later we are home again...but hey, we got a free tank of gas! Never again!!! More
