This was my third vehicle purchase from Classic Toyota, and this experience was by far the best. My salesman Dominic was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and this experience was by far the best. My salesman Dominic was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything about the purchase, and reviewed all of the features on the Rav4 that I bought. There was no pressure which helped to relieve any anxiety I had about purchasing a new vehicle. Richard Demore was also great to work with regarding financing the purchase. He explained everything thoroughly and again, there was no pressure. Prior to visiting the dealership I searched online for some information. Philip McGrath from the internet sales team responded quickly to my inquiry and connected me with Dominic when I arrived at the dealership. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. More

Our experience with this Dealership was Outstanding. Our salesman, Alex Llamas, was fantastic!! He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Prius that we purchased. We drove 2 hours to go to this Dealership and so happy we did!! We got a Great Deal! Alex has a bright future ahead of him at only 20 yrs old. Classic Toyota is lucky to have him. We highly recommend Alex! We did, however, have to wait an extremely long time (around an hour) for the General Manager to complete our purchase paperwork that we needed to sign. Which was stressful to us since we had a 2 hour drive home, in the dark and raining. More

Years ago I would have given a 5 star rating. They used to give prompt service. I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited over 2 hours! The person in front of me said she waited 20 mi They used to give prompt service. I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited over 2 hours! The person in front of me said she waited 20 minutes just to check in. In the 2 hours they never did the complimentary car wash I was asked if I wanted. I won’t be going back to Toyota for service anymore. More
