And force for pickup car second day or force me to take Toyota finance . I had to cancel my all family occasion and work with bank for finance. I told him I will finish all formality and pickup Monday but he force me to done on Friday, these all after I paid advance $1000.00 he told me, it was used car he don’t give me second set of Key , gas tank also half he don’t fill up full, he is mannerless after doing business he don’t greet also . Zachariah Johnson , salesman is very kind and helpful during all the process from test drive to purchase . I appreciate his kind attitude and service. More
I would NOT RECOMMEND buying or servicing a car with this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle here just a few weeks ago, and within days I noticed problems: noisy brakes, a faulty light bulb, and rattling dealership. I purchased a used vehicle here just a few weeks ago, and within days I noticed problems: noisy brakes, a faulty light bulb, and rattling from the underside whenever I went over speed bumps. The car came with a 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty that was supposed to cover transmission, engine, and axle components. I was clearly told, “If anything happens, we’ll take care of you.” When I brought the car back in, the dealership tried to charge me $170 just to look at it before even deciding whether it would be covered under warranty. My sales rep checked with the manager, and the answer was the same: because I didn’t buy the extended warranty, I still had to pay the fee. That’s ridiculous. A warranty is supposed to cover you — not come with hidden charges before they’ll even lift the hood. I fully understand that a used vehicle will not be perfect, but demanding $170 simply to investigate potential safety concerns—while the car is supposedly under warranty—is misleading, unfair, and reflects poorly on the dealership’s integrity. The sales staff were friendly, but this policy is shady and shows they care more about squeezing money from customers than honoring their word. I will not be servicing my car here again, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. More
Joselynn was helpful at first after i paid the car in full she became unresponsive in emails and calls! Im requesting for another key because they only gave me 1!!
