Finding a Sienna that matched all of our requirements took some time, but Patsy stayed in consistent communication the whole way and kept us updated. When it finally came time to purchase, she was patient working around our schedule for when we could come into the dealership. I felt no pressure throughout the process. Patsy made the experience smooth and comfortable, and she even took the time to help us get everything set up in the vehicle before we drove off—something we really appreciated. The dealership also gave us a fair price for our trade-in. On top of that, the entire purchase process was quick and efficient—we were in and out in about 1.5 hours, which is a huge improvement over the 3+ hour experiences you often hear about. Overall, I highly recommend Bredemann, and I will definitely be reaching out to Patsy again when it’s time for our next vehicle.
