They are up-front, no nonsense guys that look to get you into the vehicle you want and not the ones that they just want to unload. They took the time to work a deal that was great for both parties and that I was very satisfied with at the end of the day. Broken Promises I purchased a used car about 2 months ago and was told that I would be receiving two sets of car keys with my car with the spare one coming in a few d I purchased a used car about 2 months ago and was told that I would be receiving two sets of car keys with my car with the spare one coming in a few days. I have kept in contact with my sales representative about the spare key and he has now told me that it will cost me 400 dollars to get a spare key. I was promised to have a spare key within a few days of purchasing my vehicle and not only did I never receive that key but now if I want a spare key it will cost me almost 2 months of my car payment. Do not trust what any of these sales representatives tell you when you purchase from them because they will not stick to their promises. More

I called ahead of time to reserve a vehicle with Kashif and he kept his word on keeping it for me unt I had a great experience over at Classic Toyota. I called ahead of time to reserve a vehicle with Kashif and he kept his word on keeping it for me until I arrived in Illinois. He was so helpful and caring as an associate there I wish I could've bought another car with him. The process was easy, I gave him all my info prior to arriving and I was taken care of by Kashif as soon as I walked into the facility. I left the dealership as soon as I came in. There were no games or hassle for me to buy any other products or warranties. My car was ready to go. Thank you Kashif and the Classic Toyota staff.
