From the beginning, I was misled about the status of the vehicle’s title. I was repeatedly told the title and DMV paperwork had been submitted, only to later discover that the vehicle could not be titled at vehicle’s title. The dealership did not have the title, and the lien wasn’t satisfied until much later. I was sold and delivered a vehicle without clear title while being told the opposite. What made this experience far worse was how I was treated during the finance process. I was subjected to aggressive, high-pressure tactics to force the purchase of GAP insurance and extended warranties. When I asked questions or hesitated, the tone immediately became hostile and condescending. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner, treated as if I was being difficult simply for wanting clarity, and subjected to unprofessional and inappropriate remarks while the transaction was still ongoing. At one point, derogatory comments were made about me in the back office. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable behavior from people who were supposed to be acting professionally. I have recordings and written communications that document how I was spoken to and what was said. Between the deception about the title, the inability to register the vehicle, and the way I was treated—pressured, disrespected, and talked down to—this dealership showed a complete lack of integrity and professionalism.
