He has a clam, efficient and professional demeanor when paperwork on your vehicle crosses his desk. When I first met him, I had some serious issues with this location regarding remaining a loyal customer. James definitely went the extra mile and handled every problem that almost seemed impossible to get my Jeep out the shop and back on the road. His staff is doing a fantastic job in complimenting his style and expectation of customer’s satisfaction, and I might add that I feel i could be at SEWELL!!!! while I wait in the lobby!!!!!
