He has a clam, efficient and professional demeanor when paperwork on your vehicle crosses his desk. When I first met him, I had some serious issues with this location regarding remaining a loyal customer. James definitely went the extra mile and handled every problem that almost seemed impossible to get my Jeep out the shop and back on the road.
