The Overall Experience was Horrible. My Cousin was in From Misourri for the Labor day weekend, and Was hit by a loose Truck Tire With Rim on the Highway, Which did a lot of Mechanical My Cousin was in From Misourri for the Labor day weekend, and Was hit by a loose Truck Tire With Rim on the Highway, Which did a lot of Mechanical Damage but No Body Damage. We called in and Explained in Detail Including her Initial Plans were to Leave that Tuesday Morning...They Responded that they would get it looked at First thing in the Morning. We arrived with the Car @ 7:05am Friday Morning, and Went through With Misty The Entire Scenario, and I gave her all the Codes the Car was Throwing, She assured us that it would be Looked at that morning, They sent the Car to the Same People that Do the Oil Changes....Why? Zero Idea when all the Damage was in the Suspension. We Called @ 12:03 to check on it as we had not heard anything...Had to Leave a Voicemail . 45 minutes later we made another Phone call, and Was told that They had not even looked at it Yet, but it was Back there waiting, and that they Were really busy with Oil Changes. Called back a Couple Hours later was told the same thing, so we asked for the Manger of that department (Still Zero Idea why it was in that Department (Again Suspension Related) and were told by the Manager that he was busy with Customer that do business with him, and that it takes them 3 days Minimum to access a vehicle.....Immediately Called back and Left a message for the Director James Gangler, and received a call back in 10 minutes, Now he tried to make excuses for this at First, but after a long Conversation of Back and Forth, He agreed that it does not Take 3 days, and that that he would get to the Bottom of It. At About 4:45pm I call a call back that the car was finally looked at, and they needed to send to the mechanics that work on Suspensions (Genius!) But that They would Not be able to do that until First thing the Next day....Saturday Morning on a holiday weekend. Finally about noon on Saturday we have an Estimate, that also needed to go to the insurance Company on a Holiday Weekend, and they would not be in to approve until Tuesday...First thing Tuesday Morning they received the Approval, and were to Start moving on the Car. End Result....She Received her car Monday of the Following Week....Late in the Day After Being Told it would be ready about 10am , so she had to wait to Drive the 8 hour drive back home the Following Tuesday. When she picked it up, their was a Noise in the Dash that was not there Before the Tire Instance...Instead of waiting another day to a week, she took the Car and Drove back home, And Instantly traded it in on another Vehicle that is not a Jeep. I would Never Buy any Vehicle From Clay Cooley after this Experience.......I am just so Disappointed that Clay Cooley Bought the Jeep Dealership rights, because Frank Parra would have NEVER Treated anyone Like this (Active Customer or not) and the Standard was never 3 Days to Assess a vehicle More
