MR. KUNISKIS, I UNDERSTAND YOUR A BUSY MAN AND HAVE LITTLE TIME TO DEAL WITH A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. YOU HAD A PATRICK BRADY CONTACT ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINT, AND APPARENTLY HE DID NOT PUT MUCH EFFORT INT LITTLE TIME TO DEAL WITH A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. YOU HAD A PATRICK BRADY CONTACT ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINT, AND APPARENTLY HE DID NOT PUT MUCH EFFORT INTO RESEARCHING MY CASE OR HE WOULD HAVE NOT RECOMMENDED I CONTACT NCDS WHICH HAS NO ABILITY TO HELP WITH A VEHICLE THAT IS PAST THE NORMAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AT CLAY COOLEY DODGE OF IRVING TEXAS THAT I COULD CONTACT RAM CARE TO HAVE THEM OPEN A CASE TO REQUEST MONETARY ASSISTANCE WITH THE PAST THREE 1500.00 DOLLAR PAYMENTS I HAVE HAD TO MAKE ON A TRUCK THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO DRIVE FOR 3 MONTHS. I HAVE PAID OVER 90,000.00 DOLLARS FOR A TRUCK THAT SHOULD HAVE GONE 150 T0 200 THOUSAND MILES WITHOUT THESE MAJOR DEFECTS, AND THEN THE INABILITY TO SUPPLY PARTS IN A NORMAL TIME OR INABILITY TO MAKE THE REPAIRS IN A NORMAL TIME FRAME HAS BEEN A DEPRESSING AND AGONIZING EXPERIENCE FOR MY WIFE AND ME! RAM CARE APPARENTLY AS I WAS TOLD CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR US! SO HERE I AM ONCE AGAIN REACHING OUT TO YOU HOPING MAYBE YOU CAN TAKE JUST A MOMENT TO UNDERSTAND THE HURT THIS HAS CAUSED US AND WHY WE FEEL ITS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT OUR TRUCK PAYMENTS FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS BE COMPENSATED FOR BY STELLANTIS DODGE MANUFACTURER.
