Long story short the ball was dropped at so many points of my purchase. Left the lot 3 weeks gon now and the deal has finally been approved by the bank as of yesterday. My original salesman was fired for w of my purchase. Left the lot 3 weeks gon now and the deal has finally been approved by the bank as of yesterday. My original salesman was fired for whatever reason which I’m not upset with. He was all over the place. Overall they need better communication between each other. More

I have never been hounded by a dealership for a surgery so much. But since this is the 6th request in a few weeks I’ll fill it out. The car salesman had zero knowledge of the cars, couldn’t answer my quest so much. But since this is the 6th request in a few weeks I’ll fill it out. The car salesman had zero knowledge of the cars, couldn’t answer my questions, I had to google my own answers. When he went to get the keys he was gone forever and didn’t even know which cars he got keys for or the right ones. We were in need of a car and limited on time due to living in a different city or we would have went somewhere else. They were decent on negotiating but tacked on extra money at the end in the loan that I had to question and get removed because I didn’t agree to it, and I’m talking thousands. I would never go back or recommend honestly to anyone. More
