I appreciate the hard work that the staff does, but over multiple visits to get service done on my vehicle it seems like it takes longer and longer. My appointment was at 7am and I was told that it'll be ar multiple visits to get service done on my vehicle it seems like it takes longer and longer. My appointment was at 7am and I was told that it'll be around lunch time for it to be completed, I was then informed around noon that there's a leak due to a water pump I believe and it'll take another hour to fix. This will be the third time that leak has been worked on and it seems like every time I come in for service that's an issue. I waited in the lobby for more than 7 hours before my vehicle was done. I completely understand certain repairs can't be fixed in a few hours, but waiting that long for an issue that keeps happening when I visit is very frustrating. More
