This company was a waste of my time. If I could give zero stars I would. AJ is incompetent as she had my car for 3 days just for a tire rotation, diagnostic, and oil change and in those If I could give zero stars I would. AJ is incompetent as she had my car for 3 days just for a tire rotation, diagnostic, and oil change and in those 3 days no work was done to my vehicle. I felt as if my calls were being avoided by her, the only way I was able to talk to her was when I got fed up of waiting and went in person, in which I had no vehicle loaned to me prior to making it easier for the 3 days they had my vehicle. The only work that was done was the oil change that I still had to wait another 45 mins, meaning they had not done any work on my vehicle! Once again my truck was at the dealership for 3 days and the service department didn't honor my warranty contract for my tires. More

Had a oil change and wash Took almost 3 hours to complete I had to notify the service advisor that my truck was done .ot them tell me it's ready.
