I use to work for Don Davis Years ago , I’ve been coming in for service on my Vehicles and the experience with Clay Cooley is far better and easier they seem to have a good structure with communication, exp in for service on my Vehicles and the experience with Clay Cooley is far better and easier they seem to have a good structure with communication, expectations, and Obviously technology has changed in these years but they have adapted and incorporated into the experience their customers receive when having their cars worked on. I have no complaints My service advisor set proper expectations and delivered it when they said they would . Also I’m glad a simple oil change does not take “3-5 business days “ anymore haha More
