Treatment I received I brought my vehicle in on Mar 13th for an oil change and since the pandemic, I've driven less than 300 miles. On 7/5, I got in my vehicle and the light indicating I needed an oil change came on. I called my son and he came and checked the oil and the stick indicated that there was no oil in it. I called the next morning and a tow truck was sent to pick up my vehicle. The service guy called me back and said the vehicle was full of oil and began questioning me like my son and I didn't know what we were talking about. I was told that I would have to come and get it because they couldn't bring it back to me. I told them that my son was out of town and I didn't have a way to get it. I called the next morning and I was told the same thing. I had to get Uber to bring me out there. I feel that you all did not take into consideration that I am a senior citizen and because of the pandemic, I did not want to get out with just anyone. I know that I am just one person but I doubt if I will be using your service in the future. More
I set an appointment with the service department. A Pleasant Experience with the Don Davis Service Group[ Everyone I spoke with was professional, time targets were met and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. I have purchased numerous other vehicles from other Don Davis dealerships. My wife just bought a $60,000 Jeep from Don Davis Jeep. Can't do any Don Davis Dealerships anymore if I have to deal with service like I did this time. David Everhart is a total joke. You guys are in bad shape when you allow people like this to deal with customers. I'm not going to write a book. You want to know what went on.......call me. I even have pictures of what my truck looked like inside when they gave it back.......the 2nd time. You should give me my money back for this visit, plus the cost to clean my truck!!!!! More
