I must give an Excellent rating to Service Advisor Anibel Aragon and his Service Team for going above and beyond to provide an Excellent Customer Experience! The engine failed in my 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Aragon and his Service Team for going above and beyond to provide an Excellent Customer Experience! The engine failed in my 2016 Santa Fe Sport 2.0 Turbo after 139,000 trouble-free miles. I feared for the worst outcome, but was assured by Anibel that the engine would be covered under a little known Service Bulliten from years ago. As he promised, I received a brand-new Hyundai engine at no charge! The only charge was to replace all the belts, hoses, and clamps. Of course,. they had to be replaced anyway due to the age and mileage of my car. The Total charge was $612.26 They even gave me a new free loaner car during the process. Overall, I was very impressed with the Care and Compassion of the entire Clay Cooley Dealership in Mesquite! More
