I went in to get a recall taken care of. 2013 Sonata. The lady ask me if I was having any maintenance work done. I said no. Just the recall. 5 minutes later she comes in holding cabin air 2013 Sonata. The lady ask me if I was having any maintenance work done. I said no. Just the recall. 5 minutes later she comes in holding cabin air filter and engine air filter. Those are maintenance items. She said they needed to be changed. I said no. Those are maintenance items. I will change. I told her to bang them out in the trash and put them back. They just reinstalled. They stuffed the garbage that was on cabin air filter back into location. Made a mess in floor on passenger side of vehicle. Needless to say I was upset. When they finished with recall I went across street to Walmart and purchased and replaced air filters More
