I have been visiting Texas for the past 3 years. Three years ago, I needed to keep my Outback smiling. So, I did an internet search and decided to give Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall a visit. I could get an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection with no appointment required. With a little more searching I found they even offered some coupons with discounts. Now I was really interested and headed towards Rockwall. They are conveniently located and easy to find. Wow I pulled up to the Subaru Express Service door just at the right time and I was 3rd in line. I met some really nice folks almost immediately. The whole process amazed me. In no time my Outback was up on the rack and already starting to smile. I watched 3 techs working quickly and efficiently. One doing the oil change, one taking tires off, and a 3rd doing a thorough inspection all over. I was impressed. Earlier I met a Service Adviser Chris Pinedo. Once again I was impressed, I made sure I got and kept his card. Recently I made my third visit (three years in a row) to the Norm Reeves Subaru Express Service. I had some concerns, so I spoke to Chris Pinedo. Well folks, I personally have been in customer service for nearly 50 years, some would say I know a thing or two about good customer service. I want to let you know Norm Reeves Subaru is a well oil machine. The folks are just nice folks, the whole place is clean, and all the goodies are available while you wait. It’s what I just call “a comfortable place”. Now here’s the kicker….this Chris Pinedo (now the Service Director) is the real McCoy. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and has the ability to listen to your concerns as well as help you to understand what I call “mechanic speak”. To top it off you can tell he is sincere, that he really cares about you and one of your largest investments … your Subaru. I got no ax to grind, I just know good service when I find it. If I was you, I’d gas up and head towards Rockwall, passing up every dealership you see until you get to Norm Reeves Subaru. When you get there ask for Chris Pinedo and learn for yourself what I and others already know. If you’re like me you’ll be back and your Subaru will be smiling. More
