We apologize for any confusion or discrepancy in our pricing and will make sure to address this with our team. After looking at the history of your vehicle services at our service department, it appears the service team has made every effort of discounting and offering the lowest price each time. We do our best to stay competitive in pricing and send coupons to our customers. We will always invite our customers to take advantage of all the offers, however when a service special has already been discounted, any additional discount will not be applied on the same service invoice.

You are trying to change the rules after the fact. Here is exactly why your excuse is completely false and will not hold up. 1. The Math Proves It Is Not a "Special" As I advised earlier, $299.99 is your standard everyday retail menu price for rear pads and rotor resurfacing in the DFW area. You did not mark the price down from $400 or $500 to give me a deal—you charged me your standard, full retail shop rate. Calling a regular retail price a "special" just to block a coupon is textbook deceptive advertising. 2. There Is No "No Double-Dipping" Fine Print Look at the exact coupon text you sent me: "20% off all repairs (up to $200.00 (does not include maintenance services, repairs only) Expires 07/31/26." My service on my brakes is a "repair" not maintenance. It does not say: "Valid only on regular-priced menu items." It does not say: "Cannot be combined with service specials." It only has one single restriction: it excludes maintenance services. Because you did not write any "sale item" exclusions into the fine print of the coupon you sent me, you cannot legally invent that rule at the cash register.
