Your Internet Department prides itself in deceiving people so that they can get them into the dealership. I think my previous email explains "in detail" what your sales people do to sell a vehicle. I will make sure that the BBB of Greater Dallas and any other consumer advocacy group knows about your tactics. Your personnel are what makes being a "car salesman" a bad title.
