Andrew made our dream car purchase a fantastic experience. His concern for our satisfaction was evident from the moment we entered the dealership until we drove off in the Nissan Armada. Liars and cheats, save yourself the trouble. They will bsit and switch you all they can. I have great credit and was ready to buy but they never would tell the truth. Run, seriously. Absolutely terrible experience bringing my car here to be serviced. Had an issue with the fan relay (cooling fan would run for hours after I turn off the car and drain the battery). They diagnosed that I nee serviced. Had an issue with the fan relay (cooling fan would run for hours after I turn off the car and drain the battery). They diagnosed that I needed an entirely new cooling assembly for over $1000. Luckily I have a mechanic friend who told me that the issue was just my relay. I called the service team to ask how much it would be to just get a new relay and they insisted that “I couldn’t change just the relay separately, and that I would need to get it all replaced”. I told them I would pick up my car and pay the diagnostic fee of $200 and not have it serviced there. They held my car at the shop for 4 whole days because the technician had yet to put the parts back together after the diagnosis. It was a Thursday when I dropped it off, on Friday afternoon I told them I would not have it serviced and when I went to pick it up Friday around 4pm it was not put back together yet (even though i told them I would be there by 3pm to pick it up). When I got there and it wasn’t ready, I told them I would pick it up Monday because I was going out of town. I went out of town Friday night for the weekend, returned on Sunday and called at 10:45 am on Monday and my car was STILL NOT PUT TOGETHER! At this point I spoke to a few team members about my frustrations, was told straight up that the technician LIED about not being able to change just the one part, spoke to the manager and they waived my diagnostic fee. I bought a fan relay on Amazon for $40 and got it replaced for FREE by my friend and my car has been fine since. I am not one to write a bad review and actually hesitated to write this, but had I not consulted my friend about the situation, I would have been out of $1000+!!! Not to mention it was the week of my birthday, my friends and family were coming into town Thursday and I had plenty errands to run all while they were twiddling their thumbs with my car sitting in their lot. Truly disturbed by the reality of the situation. It is already hard enough being a young woman who does not know much about cars but to be told straight up by an employee that they deliberately lied about a repair that had a difference of over a THOUSAND dollars is disheartening and traumatic. I honestly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. More
