Terrible experience. Sam Rushing was my sales person I thought he genuinely cared about his customers but that is false. All he care about is making a SALE.. Sam Rushing is a liar he showed me cars from t thought he genuinely cared about his customers but that is false. All he care about is making a SALE.. Sam Rushing is a liar he showed me cars from the second chance program because he claimed my credit score was in the 400s which was LIE! God lead me to another dealership and I met an individual who truly cared about me she helped me pull my credit. Guess what I was in the 600s not the best at all but definitely not a 400. She was able to approve me for very nice vehicles I was so hurt leaving this clay Cooley Nissan because I knew my credit wasn’t that low but I believed Sam! Unfortunately sales rep will tell you anything idk why Sam gave up on me like that and told me NOONE else would approve me that was wrong you don’t tell people that. But look at God I ended up with something better More
