Horrible customer service and disrespectful I have made one of my worst mistake of my life by trade in my car and get 2020 Altima. Salesman LIED a lot and I never would have thought I can be fooled like this. I have already signed the xxxxing paperwork otherwise I would give this F****ing car back to this dealership. I will TRADE IN this brand new car as soon as possible with any car. Besides all, new Altima is actually not as good as older ones. I still do not know why I made this mistake of exchanging my old Altima with new one. lesson learned of not rushing and not trusting fast. More

Called from out of town to discuss an Internet ad for a Rogue Sport. I was immediately advised that the Internet price would not be honored.
