As usual my service Agent Frederick Duncan was on point, I was in and out with my maintenance oil change and tire rotation in an hour. It says something about him and the company that he was still there sin I was in and out with my maintenance oil change and tire rotation in an hour. It says something about him and the company that he was still there since last year. Great job! Next year hopefully he will be running the place.. Give him a raise. More

Company advertising free dent repair when asked about it because I had a couple of hail dents. Oh you to have a contract. Never said that on commercials on TV. got a email stating the same thing. False advertising. Never offered this service when I bought my car. Talking to someone now about false advertising. I already know nothing will be done nor a reply for a resolution. This is like the second time I take my Nissan Pathfinder to Clay Clooney and Duncanville because my car shakes like it wants to cut off and they say they can’t find nothing wrong with my car. One of the service advisors got in my car to test drive it because they didn’t believe me and he felt when the car was shaking. He told the mechanic and the mechanic said there’s nothing wrong with my car, but they did charge me money for the rental and they left my car without no gas. That is very ridiculous. I’m a very unsatisfied customer and then I’m paying too much money a month for my car. I’m supposed to have warranty and they’re talking about. More
