I was charged twice for the same diagnostic. The issue wasn’t identified the first time, and I was made to feel like it was my fault. After speaking with the managers for about 30 minutes, they agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I really appreciated. It’s not about the money—I just don’t want to be treated that way. I trust them because I don’t understand the mechanics of vehicles, and I hope that trust isn’t taken advantage of. More
