Let me just start by saying that I live ten minutes away from Lewisville Volkswagen and I ended up doing business with Boardwalk in Richardson. However, the difference for me was how coretous, firendly, and straightforward the VW employee was with me (his name is Ty). When we walked in Ty was very honest and open from the very beginning. He truly worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Again, I was very dissapointed with Volkwagen after I first visited Lewisville Volkswagen. I am thankful that I went to Boardwalk VW and that Ty helped me out because I was ready to forget about VW and buy from another car company. Two thumbs up! More
