After 60 days I still do not have my new plates or registration. Was told by my Clay Cooley Park Cities VW dealership to go to the tax office and pay for new temporary plates. The tax office told me t registration. Was told by my Clay Cooley Park Cities VW dealership to go to the tax office and pay for new temporary plates. The tax office told me that the registration had yet to be filed and that Clay Cooley was in violation of state laws. Cooley has 30 days to file online and had not done so. She advised me to file a complaint with TDMV which I am doing today. She also said this wasn’t unusual for them. The GM Gary is awful! Doesn’t return calls and doesn’t understand good service or American culture (he’s from the Middle East). How this guy got the GM job I’ll never know. It’s been one problem after another and this was the straw that broke the camels back. When I told Gary the GM that I didn’t want to give him a one star review he said “One Star, 5 star who cares. It doesn’t make a difference.” Chase Cooley reportedly runs this place. He’s supposed to be an attorney and he should know the law. Evidently, he likes to break the law! TDMV will be visiting you soon Chase and Gary! More
I arrived a few minutes after my appointment, but was greeted and taken care of as soon as I arrived. The service workers I encountered on both the day I scheduled and the day of my appointment were very greeted and taken care of as soon as I arrived. I will continue to have my Volkswagen serviced at this location for the foreseeable future. More

Giving a customer the ability to make an appointment also gives them the concept that a walk-in does not take priority over them. Four hours for an oil change is beyond excessive and the excuse of being swam gives them the concept that a walk-in does not take priority over them. Four hours for an oil change is beyond excessive and the excuse of being swamped with cars that show up before your scheduled time falls flat. Why pick an appointment time at all? Just show up. Seemed to work for the 30 cars I was told came in that morning that gave me a noon end to my 8:30 appointment for which I arrived 30 minutes early. The service is always good. Today it was painfully slow and diminished any good will that may have been earned. More
