My Eos transmission failed on a Saturday, I towed it to this dealer (nearest dealer from where the car was stranded) and have regretted it. parts.vw.com has the Mectron Part number 02E325025ALZ5L MRSP as $1564.88, on sale for $1408.39 but this dealer charged $1933.95. Tommy (Service manager) explained it as "that's MSRP, it doesn't say we can't charge more". Asian (Service Advisor) said that's not the retail price. I asked what she thought MSRP stood for. I had an estimate Monday afternoon, and I left voicemail and text - no reply. Tuesday afternoon, the parts were yet to be ordered and nothing was done on the car. If you work with one advisor, no one else on the planet will lift a finger to help. They do not work as a team. Terrible experience. I've owned VWs for 25+ years they this is the first time I've ever been pissed off enough to find out the Volkswagen Care line is 1-800-822-8987 to report them. More

Took my vehicle to get serviced for a couple of things (oil change, headlight issue, and braking issue) on 01/19 and our service advisor, Asian Craven for some reason could not pull up our VW Drive Easy Program (but one of the finance employees could). We needed one of our running daytime lights replaced and she said the program most likely would not cover it, she wasn’t sure warranty would cover it and we would most likely have to pay for it. The pricing for service at this location is higher than other places. This specific service advisor seemed as if she did not know what they offered. We decided to not get our vehicle serviced here and went to another location we have previously used after our first bad experience here and they were able to pull up our program without a problem, the whole headlight was replaced under warranty and their service price was reasonable and they had amazing customer service! I will never be using Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Park Cities again and will not be recommending this dealership at all. More

Bought some parts for my VW from Cooley VW. It took way longer than they promised for the parts to come in. They didn't call me when they arrived. I asked if someone could show me how to put these exterior parts on the car but they said they were too busy (looking at their phones). I spent over $400. The dealership went way downhill when it transferred to Cooley ownership. More

Very poor diagnostic skills, like backwoods mechanics they replace parts w/o having understanding of bigger picture. Do Not Go Here! I have been a VW customer for over 10 years. I am new to the area and do not recommend this place. They informed me that it does not look like the work was completed due to the condition of my vehicle. I did contact both VW Customer Care and Clay Cooley. Both were unable to help me. I spoke to Ket to address my concern. He did not call me back to follow up. He had another employee speak to me even after I requested a call from him to discuss the issue further. I did not enjoy my experience at the dealership as well. I highly recommend not visiting this location. They are not helpful and fall short from any other dealership service I have visited. They are very friendly, but do not let that fool you. They are not competent. More

David Newbauer serviced my car on March 30, 2019 and didn't get my authorized signature to perform a dianostic nor did he get my written signature to perform multiple items that he claimed the dianostic test showed was defective on my car. I brought my car in because the brake sensor light and brake light were on and he claimed that my rear brakes were metal to metal and deemed "unsafe to drive." He told me that brake repair would cost $615 and my car would be ready on Monday April 1, 2019. I gave him the authority to do ONLY brakes, but when I went to pick up my car, my bill went from $615 to $1552.33. He claimed that I told him to repair everything and I clearly did not. Then David quickly informed me that they work with a finance company that will give you a line of credit for repairs. BUYERS BEWARE! David told me that all he needed was my drivers license. I instructed him to use the address on the service ticket because the address on my drivers license wasn't current. David elected not to listen to me AGAIN and entered the application with the wrong information (probably intentionally). He came to me stating that the down payment would be $715 and asked what kind of monthly payments did I want and showed me a number of options. I chose the 12 month option then he disappeared again and came back for my signature on a blank Ipad screen. I never saw the contract, I never saw the amount that would be debited out of my account. When I got home, he had authorized $944.33 to be taken out of my account without my permission. More
