Parvesh my salesman was very attentive. I was pretty set in what I wanted, so I made it easy. Today I’ve realized that I was duped by the financial end. I’ve never kept a car ten years, so convincing me to buy ten years protection is stupid on my part. Plus when I wanted to just write a check for the protection, he gave an example that seemed logical. Now I realize I was right. Guess it’s too late to change to seven years. Instead I’m stuck financing it. I thought it was just added to the payment, not to the loan. I’m embarrassed and I’ll pay for this mistake for a long time. More

Amazing customer service and very happy with our car The first time we went in there Will Brown helped us and showed us the cars we were interested in and he was very helpful and answered all of our ques The first time we went in there Will Brown helped us and showed us the cars we were interested in and he was very helpful and answered all of our questions, let us test drive some cars and he was very knowledgeable. We were just looking at different SUVs at the time and trying to decide which one we wanted to go with so we were not planning on buying one at the time but they didn't pressure us at all and it was very easy to talk to him. The second time we went there we had Zulu help us out and he offered us a deal we were very happy with so we took it right there and then and purchased the car. He was very very helpful, showed us the car we were interested in, explained to us the features, and he also did an amazing job helping us do all the paperwork for us as well. He also let us call our insurance company to set up our insurance. Everything went very smooth and we were done with everything in less than two hours. We are very satisfied with the service we got and how smoothly everything was done. We appreciate all the help we got here and very happy with the car so thank you Zulu!! More
