My rating would be higher if not for the unresponsiveness at the "initial purchase" stage. In 5 days I needed my car fixed or I needed a new car -- so I used CT service for my car repair while I had sales g at the "initial purchase" stage. The service department had trouble getting me the costs for the repair, and once sales sent me the info on a car I was interested in, a bottom line cost was unavailable for almost 2 days. Part of this is the sales manager, Josh, wasn't taking my sales guy seriously because we were not at the dealership. I had no transportation to the dealer, (they had my car) or I would have come in. After, Josh, finally came up with a price for a new car that I agreed to, the experience was MUCH better. All came together pretty seamlessly. Also it would have been nice to know in advance the purchase procedure takes 4 1/2 hours. The business manager spiel was long--regarding an extended warranty. I ended up buying it, so maybe it was worth it. Bottom line the experience after Josh gave me a price was 5 stars. More

It's always easy working with the team at Clearwater Toyota! Their service team is friendly and knowledgeable, as are the sales associates. Angelo provided exceptional assistance from the beginning. Upon my inquiry about a vehicle, Angelo promptly confirmed its availability, provided interior photographs, and personally ensured that th beginning. Despite the distance, we traveled over an hour to inspect the vehicle and ultimately made the purchase. The transaction was a very pleasant experience. Brandon in finance was great to deal with as well. I appreciate the transparent pricing policy, which eliminates the need for negotiation and consequently alleviates a significant amount of stress. The vehicle was priced fairly, and there were no aggressive sales tactics during the process. We intend to return in the future. More
