New to area and I felt welcomed! We have just moved to this area and are used to having our Prius serviced regularly by another dealer in another state. We were a bit hesitant, but it turned out to be an excellent experience! My customer service rep was smiling and welcoming and made me feel as though we'd been coming there for a long time! The work was all done (it was a bit slow but, as he explained, they don't like to rush the workers) and the car was washed and sparkling clean when it came out. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and there were pastries as well as an assortment of coffees and teas. I will definitely go back to them when the car needs work next. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I bought my 2013 Toyota Highlander in South Carolina this summer and drove it back to my home here in Pinellas county. Needed the 10,000 mile service I bought my 2013 Toyota Highlander in South Carolina this summer and drove it back to my home here in Pinellas county. Needed the 10,000 mile service done, so I made the service appt on line and drove to Clearwater Toyota service department. I was met by Bill Vermilyea who explained the service I needed in detail. The work was done in a timely manner, the interior was kept clean and grease free and the car was washed! Bill Vermilyea is very friendly and professional service adviser and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy !! More
