I didn't know what to expect from dealing with so many unreliable car salesmen. But I have to say, there was something about Cortez that shined a light on the whole situation. (Car Buying Experience) I'll be coming back and so will friends and family members! Thank you once again, Mr. Cortez Thompson. You gave me hope sir. You made it happen for me. Customer service sucks. Gave me the run around over the phone.Told me one thing over the phone and when I got to the dealership it was something different. My first new car in 10 years! I had an amazing experience at Marty Concila Dogde Chrysler in Florissant. I applied online and was contacted immediately by Sammonne, who was so incredibly nice, easy to work with and sensitive to my needs. Follow up calls were done when promised and I was given a salesman's name who was waiting for me at my appointment time. When you first walk in the door you feel that this is a great place to be, not just to shop but the employees made the atmosphere enjoyable. Mark was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members: Tony, Jordan and the Gerneal manager Jerry all super helpful. New 2017 Jeep Cherokee I visited Marty Cancila just to weigh my options on if I wanted to get a new car. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot checking out the cars and p I visited Marty Cancila just to weigh my options on if I wanted to get a new car. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot checking out the cars and prices. We worked with Pete Thibodeau he was very helpful and full of knowledge about cars. The car that I did purchase was not on Marty Cancila's lot but Pete assured me that as soon as the car came in he would give me a call to come check it out. Pete was prompt and on time with getting me in to look at the car possibly before someone else checked it out. Once shown the car i began to get nervous because i had not bought a car in the last 12 years. Long story short I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee which I have grown to love. Pete Thibodeau was very helpful and eased my mind of purchasing a car. He has helped me in the process of buying the car and after and i really appreciate his great customer service. I would definitely recommend Pete Thibodeau and Marty Cancila to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. More

Heating Up in Cold Weather I drove back from Virginia with no heat in my car (very cold- brrrr) and went straight to Marty for a new vehicle. Pete and Jordon went above and bey I drove back from Virginia with no heat in my car (very cold- brrrr) and went straight to Marty for a new vehicle. Pete and Jordon went above and beyond to find the Journey I wanted - right color and all the features. 5 star treatment all the way. I enjoyed Pete's hockey stories while waiting for the paperwork to process. He is very knowledgeable about both cars & the Blues. This was my 4th purchase from Marty Cancila. More
