First of all, we beli Our continued relationship with Marshall Ford since purchasing our 2011 Escape had been very beneficial to the Foss family. First of all, we believe we received an honest proposal when we first traded in our previous car for the 2011 Escape. It was handled very professionally and was, surprisingly, a pleasant affair compared to previous car purchases elsewhere. Over time, we have had regular visits to the Service Department as we have tried to maintain the vehicle up to the standards recommended in the Service Manual. We have even had emergency visits to the Service as well as the Body Shop when something unexpected arose from the many thousands of miles of over the road driving as a tow-vehicle attached to our RV. Other than for the fact that the Body Shop does not "Guarantee" their work, the aftermath has been excellent. Marshall Ford has earned our trust and loyalty, and because of our experience, we do not see the need to seek an alternative to this Ford Dealer for as long as we continue to have superior results. And one final point, I appreciated the past "Rewards Program" where a certain number of points were awarded depending on repair costs (or expense to the customer), but, with the new FordPass time will tell if the new program will truly impress. In the meantime, purchase a Ford, and rely on Marshall Ford to keep it in great shape. More

Quick and immediate battery replacement I needed my battery replaced right away in my 2012 Ford Flex. It was totally dead, AAA jumped it and got it started but I needed to immediately take I needed my battery replaced right away in my 2012 Ford Flex. It was totally dead, AAA jumped it and got it started but I needed to immediately take it to an Auto Zone or some other repair replace to get it checked out. MARSHALL FORD was the dealer from which we purchased the Flex, and we had always brought it their for servicing. Amazingly, it was the original battery...it actually lasted 8 years!!! Marshal took the car in as soon as I could drive it over and replaced the bad battery in 20 minutes. I was amazed! It runs wonderfully now. Thanks for the great service. More

Great service and reasonable price My service coordinator (Jim Hollenbeck) got me in for an oil change and tire rotation which fit my schedule right away. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Great job Marshall!! I bought two vehicles here and regularly service them there. First rate operation. Tom Lentz or Jim Hollenbeck take care of their people. I am sure the service people do also but Tom and Jim are my go to guys. Great job again. More
