Quick and immediate battery replacement I needed my battery replaced right away in my 2012 Ford Flex. It was totally dead, AAA jumped it and got it started but I needed to immediately take I needed my battery replaced right away in my 2012 Ford Flex. It was totally dead, AAA jumped it and got it started but I needed to immediately take it to an Auto Zone or some other repair replace to get it checked out. MARSHALL FORD was the dealer from which we purchased the Flex, and we had always brought it their for servicing. Amazingly, it was the original battery...it actually lasted 8 years!!! Marshal took the car in as soon as I could drive it over and replaced the bad battery in 20 minutes. I was amazed! It runs wonderfully now. Thanks for the great service. More

Great service and reasonable price My service coordinator (Jim Hollenbeck) got me in for an oil change and tire rotation which fit my schedule right away. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Great job Marshall!! I bought two vehicles here and regularly service them there. First rate operation. Tom Lentz or Jim Hollenbeck take care of their people. I am sure the service people do also but Tom and Jim are my go to guys. Great job again. More

Communication Terrible communication. My wife and i believed we had a deal set up Wednesday. the sales said he would go get the trade secured from the other dealer. Terrible communication. When preparing to go in to finalize everything on Friday, I texted the salesman since he had bet gotten back to me to see if he knew when the vehicle would arrive. The guy says ”Let me check” then admitted he never actually secured the vehicle from the other dealer. Total let down. There are plenty of other ford dealers that are dying to take your money. Go elsewhere where they wil at least tell you what’s going on. Edit: later they tell me they sold it on Thursday. Lol... so... tell me on Thursday, yeah? More
