Oil Change As with all my past contacts with Marshall Ford the service department is out standing with their friendliness and professionalism. I just wish Jimmy Marshall would answer my last review where I asked him why Marshall Ford would charge me a $29.95 fee for balancing my rear tires when I bought the tires from Marshall Ford and they were never balanced properly. They have a comfortable waiting area and made the use of my points from Ford Pass so easy. They made it simple, efficient, fast and friendly all the way around. I also inquired about an after market part with the parts dept. while I was there, and although I stumped them ...they were awesome and truly tried to get me the correct information and didn't ever once act like it was a hassle or problem.
