Within the first 3-5 of talking to Tom Lentz in Service, he told us what he thought the problem was. He was 100% right. They were also able to work it in sooner than they thought which was great. Marshall Ford has earned our business from now on. We won't go back to the dealership we bought our vehicle from again. Thanks so much ! More

I purchased my vehicle here and have done all my service here since my purchase. I live in St. Charles closer to other Fords dealers but find Marshall to be the best sales and service in the area. Super fast service !! My 2016 Ford Explorer had a recall and the air bag light came on. I tried to call our usual dealer , sat on hold for forty minutes and finally went up My 2016 Ford Explorer had a recall and the air bag light came on. I tried to call our usual dealer , sat on hold for forty minutes and finally went up there to talk to someone. We were told that the airbag was a safety issue but they couldn't even look at it for over a month and the recall couldn't be fixed for at least two to three months. We were told it was okay to continue to drive my Explorer , the air bags just wouldn't work . My husband called Marshall Ford and talked to Jim in service. He told Jim what was going on with my car. Jim made an appointment for my Explorer for the next week . We had the recall fixed and the air bag fixed in one day. We weren't charged to get the air bag fixed even though my car is out of warranty. Quick service, super nice people and we didn't have to sit on hold for 40 minutes to be told we would have to wait months to get my car fixed. We will now use Marshall Ford for all of our service needs. More
