I was late in making this appointment and Tom got me in to a tight schedule with no problems. I must say that I use Tom Lentz exclusively for my service needs or just to get an answer to a question on my Ford F150. I have been a happy Marshall customer for the past 18 years and two Ford trucks. He not only is super knowledgeable about the product but has the highest level of customer service. He is a ten out of ten. More
