I must say that I use Tom Lentz exclusively for my service needs or just to get an answer to a question on my Ford F150. I have been a happy Marshall customer for the past 18 years and two Ford trucks. He not only is super knowledgeable about the product but has the highest level of customer service. He is a ten out of ten. More

Terrible management and ownership that if a problem arises, will not take care of the situation or get back to you on a resolution. They were no where close to Blue Book for my trade in; which 2 other local dealerships were above the Blue Book trade in. More
